ISM v3.0.0.010 was released on November 28, 2024, and now offers the ability to set an own specfic description and also import and reflect the Asset System information of iRMC in the detailed node view and the node list selection - asset management info.
With this release, we are setting the status of this request to 'shipped

Update: This idea is now scheduled and assigned to the ISM release V3.2.0.010 with expected availability by end of December 2025.
ISM-I-26 will be implemented separately from this one.

As this idea will be handled togehter with ISM-I-26, it is now scheduled for ISM version 2.9.0.030 which is expected for end of June 2024.

Thank you very much for this idea. The Product Management Team does understand and appreciate your idea and it has already been discussed internally. It will be considered for implementation.

Unfortunately, due to a huge number of ideas, we probably cannot implement this feature before patch 020 for ISM V2.7.0.
