A possibility of not overloading the node list with too much information might be to show the node's name or any other property in green or amber colour.
Thank you Tobias Geis for this idea. It is a valid idea to get an overall power status for all the nodes at a glance. Another aspect is the riskt to overload the node list view with information. A solution could be a configurable node list view where the power status can be added as an optional information. We will discuss this with our development team.
This idea is implemented and supported with ISM version 2.9.0.020.
