We discussed that with our developement and considered not to implement a complete disabling of Session timeouts because of security reasons.
As workaround we might consider to use 3rd party applications as Kiosk browsers for unassistent control and session refresh.
Update: The final solution which supports user specific time-out settings is more complex to implement. There could be an easy to implement workaround to generally disable the session time-out. But this would be a setting for all users. Would this be a useful interim solution until the final solution is implemented?
Hallo, ich habe genau das gleiche Problem. Das Monitoring kann so nicht arbeiten. Die Zeiten sollten auch auf 12 Stunden gesetzt werden können.
Thank you Mr. Tappenbeck for this idea. We understand your situation and we already have an idea how to support this. Now we have to integrate this into our regular development schedule.
