There is the possiblity to add generic devices, switches or Servers to the Rack. In case that there is no given IP adress it does not consume any node license.
With that, you can easily fill the "dummy slots".
We going to change this request to status already exists and consider to add additonal functionally in a future release.
Thank you Mr. Tappenbeck for this idea. This is very valid to increase the value of the Rackview. There is a very similar idea from Fujitsu internal colleagues as well. In our current situation this idea will be considered for a more longterm improvement.
