Passwort für iRMC user länger als 30 Zeichen Merged

Die passwortlänge für den iRMC User sollte länger als 30 Zeichen sein. Dies wird benötigt wenn das Login am iRMC über LDAP/AD erfolgt. Hier sind Passwörter bis 255 Zeichen erlaubt.
