Standard sorting of profiles

It is currently not possible to adjust the standard sorting under Structering>Profiles.
It is therefore not possible to display profiles that were created using the Fujitsu white papers at the top of the list.
Profiles that are newly created as a template are therefore at the very bottom of the list.

Let me summarize: the key idea is to keep the sorting settings permanent beyond the session. When you start a new session, you want to see the previous sorting settings again. This is a valid idea which we will consider for future improvements.

In your workaround for every call of the profile list, I have to set the sorting.
A default sorting which I set once would be the more elegant way.

Your suggestion with a specific category or pinning would also be a way to get specific profiles on the top of the list.

as i understood the available predefined sorting functions of ISM by

sort the profiles via Name / Category / Last Updated / Date assigned / Status / Verify Status / Assigned Node / description

does not fit because the idea are to PIN one profile always on the Top of the List

or to add an Specific new category which as example named as "template"

does that opinon summarize it correctly ?

actualy one "workaround are possible" by using the Description function

if you add a number in Front of the description - based on your own priority - than you can sort the Profiles in PRIO - 1 -2- 3 or vice versa

    example:

    PROFILE RX Server

    description: 3) general - basic - ..

    PROFILE White Paper based profile

description: 1) Fujitsu Whitepaper based profile -most important

    ..
