REST API support for AF S1 and S2 as well as DX S3 and S4

With the AF/DX firmware level V11L40 there is a REST API available.

We would like to see this supported on previous generations AF and DX as well.

The few configurations based on previous generations does not justify the effort.
REST API is available for DX S5 and AF S3.
