Integrate correct DISK Size in OVF

Actual it is needed to increase the DISK Size for proper Operation.
Please change needed DISK Size in OFV Template, so that the customer can use the VM without any preparation.

    In ISM V2.9.0.000 the default disk capacity was changed from 35GB to 70GB. This should cover this idea.

    At the same time the default memory capacity was changed from 8GB to 16 GB .

    Thank you Dirk for this valid idea. We will consider this as an improvement to a broad majority of users. Now further internal aspects for implementation will be clarified.
