Offline update for older server generations

For older server generations such as RX4770 M2, running an offline update results in an error.
This means that the task is aborted in ISM at some point without forewarning.

    Where can I find the maintenance period for servers of every ISM version?

    please open for this issue an Ticket at our Helpdesk for ISM to get further details and analysis.

    There is an specific maintenance period for servers for every ISM version.

    Therefore this AHA! is neather an idea or change request and therefore we going to set the status to: Will not implement
