Support for vVOL's in NU200

We need the new NU200 to support vVOL's from VMWare as it is the only method Fujitsu has to counter the dHCI offerings from HP that is running rampant in the market

    Due to cancellation of the product NU200 we will not follow this request further. Nevertheless we will keep it in mind for future projects.

    Thanks! I'm afraid we will definitely not be able to support vVOLs with the launch of NU200, but we will consider it for one of our upcoming releases after launch.

    Hi Phillip

    Currently I am busy with 3 designs where dHCI is being positioned. In the last 3 months, probably 13 opportunities. Customers are running out of storage while compute is idle

    Hi Mandre, thank you for the suggestion. Currently we are only supporting VAAI. I will check feasibility for vVOLs with the team.

    In the meantime, can you provide some more insights in how many deals you encounter where dHCI is important for the customer? That would help to judge about possible business impact.
